Statement 40XW 裝上了 16 個 Martin Logan 自家設計的 Folded Motion XT 氣動式高音，其垂直擴散角度為 80 度，加上垂直排列設計，降低了側牆與天花板的反射音，可以讓高頻直接投射，產生最直接的聽感。

除了 Folfef Motion XT 氣動式高音之外，Statement 40XW 裝上了 16 個中音單體與 8 的低音單體，振膜材料是單一方向的碳纖維振膜，並且採取多分隔設計，原廠稱之為 Unidirectional Carbon Fiber Multi-section cone，這種材料比鐵的剛性多一倍，密度高六倍，但質量卻很輕，振膜表面採多分隔組裝，更強化材料本身的特性。在單體中央的防塵蓋部分，採用了 Nomex 材料，利用其超高剛性以降低鈴振與盆分裂，等於降低失真。
